The Data Controller of personal data is Navighiamo Insieme, represented by its legal representative pro tempore (hereinafter also referred to as the “Data Controller”).

• collaborators and appointees of Navighiamo Insieme involved in the promotion of sailing experiences;

• partners and owners of the boats offered; during the confirmation phase of participation, the traveller’s personal data may be communicated to the boat owner, the skipper, and the sailing association organizing the experience;

• IT companies responsible for the maintenance of the website and IT systems;

• entities appointed to carry out auditing, inspection, and certification activities;

• tax, administrative, and legal consultants for accounting and regulatory compliance;

• consultants or collaborators providing services related to the activities of the Data Controller.
